Awn Kitchen Cafe + Workshop is a wonderful new concept here in Edmonton. They offer a wide range of hot and cold beverages from their coffee bar (in partnership with Sorellina Coffee Roasters) as well as Awn’s house-made lemonade. Baking muffins, cookies, brownies and their famous Awn cinnamon buns daily, you’ll want to stop by and test them out for yourself!

Kaelin is the heart and soul of the Awn Kitchen Workshops, with her hope being to inspire people to spend time in the kitchen, to think about food in a different way, and to realize food can be quick and easy (but healthy too). She sources products from local farmers and producers, and believes we should eat what’s in season. Quality ingredients need little tweaking to make a delicious meal – it starts with a good recipe, the right ingredients and a few basic pieces of kitchen equipment.
