It started with a cookie sheet, a hand-written recipe card and a love of making treats for friends.

Bloom Cookie Co began selling in farmers markets in and around Edmonton, and soon grew to offering wholesale options to numerous cafés around town. In 2018, Bloom opened their first storefront on 124th Street before moving to their new location in Goldbar.

Their cookies are egg & dairy free, made in a nut-free kitchen and made without the use of any animal products. Serving up delicious, locally-roasted coffee - this is the perfect cafe to meet up with friends while accompanied by the smell of freshly-baked cookies.
