Italian for "little sister", Sorellina is a woman-owned roaster & cafe dedicated to celebrating the colossal cheer that is the coffee experience. They just renovated their cafe space on Whyte Ave to brighten up the space and add additional seating this year!

Their coffees change with the seasons... just like your favourite 90's heartthrob. Sorellina works closely with importers to source green beans based on honest reflections of terroir as well as exploring experimental processing methods and emerging growing regions.

Roasting just outside of Edmonton, Sorellina strives to create coffees that are fun, complex, and approachable from the first sip to the last.
